Sodexo and Ampacet, a ten-year partnership

    In October 2012, Ampacet chose Sodexo to manage the staff restaurant located in Dudelange. The Sodexo team, composed of 3 collaborators and directed by the Chef Brice Masson, welcomed 60 guests per day.

    Today, the team has grown to 5 employees to serve 120 consumers daily.

    Brice Masson is still in charge of the kitchen and we asked him about his experience of 10 years at Ampacet as Chef Manager.

    "These 10 years have brought me many memories and good times, both with customers and with my team. They also taught me that it is not enought to be satisfied with what we have, and to constantly renew ourselves or listen to the desires of the customer, while knowing how to guide him. These 10 years allowed us to develop customer loyalty and to be considered by the customer, as by the collaborators of Ampacet. Here, they come to eat, but also to relax.

    I would like to thank especially my team without whom it would not have been possible to keep the confidence of our customer for so long, as well as the support of our District Manager and the various support services of the head office of Sodexo Luxembourg.

    Our client has agreed to 10 more years with Sodexo by his side! "

    A special menu was concocted by the team on October 21st to celebrate this anniversary.

    The Ampacet employees could choose to taste, as a starter:

    • A cream of butternut and its broken chestnuts
    • Or a warm autumn salad

    And for the main course:

    • Beef Rossini, winter vegetables and crushed potatoes with truffles
    • Or crispy monkfish and its lobster bisque reduction, winter vegetables and crushed potato with truffle

    And to finish the anniversary menu, the Chef proposed an assortment of sweet delights.
