The Chef** Cyril Molard and Sodexo Luxembourg have teamed up to create gourmet recipes for "La Collection".
Originality, nomadism and eco-responsibility: challenges we have taken up when launching "La Collection: Freshly Made For You" almost a year ago! A response to the new consumption patterns and culinary trends sought by our consumers and in line with the way companies operate today.
To accompany the return to the office, we have developed original and gourmet recipes to enjoy as you please. Served in glass jars, the dishes are 100% designed by our Chefs and made by our teams. “La Collection” is available in several formats and can be enjoyed at the office or at home, teleworking or with the family!

According to the seasons and to the inspirations of our Chefs brigade, “La Collection” has been enriched during the first half of 2021 with hot, cold and even gourmet soups.
For the 2021/2022 season and on the occasion of the “Fête de la Gastronomie”, we are pleased to present you today the fruit of our collaboration with Chef** Cyril Molard, to surprise you one more time!

Located at 10km from Luxembourg City, on the edge of the forest, Ma langue Sourit invites you to discover a generous, gourmet and creative cuisine in a chic and cosy sphere.

Technique, playing with textures and creativity, "Ma Langue Sourit & La Collection" recipes are the result of the inspiration of the Ma Langue Sourit restaurant’s teams and Sodexo Luxembourg’s brigade of Chefs. In one bite, we aim to delight your taste buds by offering a culinary experience and an explosion of flavors to be enjoyed wherever you want thanks to the nomadic format. The new recipes "Ma Langue Sourit & La Collection" will be gradually available in our different catering points in Luxembourg.
Each month, an innovative recipe in terms of flavors and presentation will be proposed.
