    Anne joined Sodexo Luxembourg at the age of 28 as Director of one of our care homes.
    A real challenge for a young woman. She tells us about the beginning of her career, her tips for success and how she provides an inclusive climate for her teams on a daily basis.

    Iryna has been a multi-skilled service agent at Sodexo Luxembourg for 5 years and at the age of 43 she decided to take up the challenge of studying cooking again. 

    Cooking has always been her passion, and after some great experiences in the restaurant business, Iryna had the opportunity to evolve in her career by becoming an apprentice cook. She tells us about her career.

    Originally from Cameroon, Winnie arrived in Luxembourg 17 years ago. Thanks to the "She Works" programme launched by Sodexo Luxembourg, she managed to get a job and much more.
