STOP HUNGER: Solidarity at the heart of our actions

At Sodexo, the fight against hunger and social exclusion is much more than a commitment: it is a mission carried out by our employees around the world, and here in Luxembourg, it comes to life through our various partnerships.

For several years, we have been actively supporting Stëmm Vun der Strooss, a Luxembourg association that helps people in precarious situations. Our actions are part of our global Stop Hunger initiative, led by Sodexo, with concrete projects:

• Solidarity rounding: every year, our employees can choose to donate the cents after the decimal point of their salary. This year, €1,557.87 was donated to the organisation as a result of this initiative.
• Hygiene product collection: in 2025, all our sites took part in a large collection to provide essential hygiene products to the beneficiaries of Stëmm Vun der Strooss.
• Vëlooccasiousnmaart: our teams get involved in collecting and selling bikes, with some of the proceeds going to Stëmm Vun der Strooss.
• Noël Solidaire: our employees can volunteer to wrap gifts in exchange for a small donation, which goes entirely to the charity.
