Diversity Day 2024

As a reminder, since 2017, Sodexo Luxembourg has implemented this initiative which offers its employees the opportunity to explore a new profession, a new field of activity, another site or simply to experience an "other life" for a day.

This year, 27 persons voluntarily chose to change their lives for the day. This action aims to inspire new vocations, raise awareness, deconstruct professional stereotypes by understanding everyone's challenges and above all celebrate the diversity that is our strength at Sodexo!  

One of the highlights of the day was the inauguration of our Diversity Library at our head office.

This space encourages the exchange of books on various themes but always related to Diversity, allowing everyone to engage in promoting understanding and respect for Diversity.  

We are proud of our efforts to promote inclusion and look forward to continuing in this direction.
