Head office and support services

Tasks:

• Be our customer's main point of contact.
• Developing the business to achieve economic and commercial objectives.
• Managing and uniting your team, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Developing a genuine quality policy and embodying the company’s brand image.

Profile:

• You have a higher education qualification and ideally at least five years' successful experience in the catering industry.
• You have a good command of office automation tools (Microsoft Office package).
• Autonomous, readily available and disciplined, you have excellent organisational skills and are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve.
• You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish. Knowledge of English would be considered an asset.

Tasks:

• Day-to-day management of culinary dishes, as well as administrative and financial monitoring of the operation.
• Guaranteeing quality, safety, compliance with legal rules and internal procedures.
• Managing a team of around five people.
• Developing a genuine quality policy and embodying the company’s brand image.

Profile:

• You have a degree in hotel management or catering and ideally have at least five years' successful experience in a similar role.
• You are passionate about cooking and love passing on your skills.
• You are not daunted by administrative management and your excellent listening and communication skills will make you a manager who is appreciated by our teams.
• Committed, organized and autonomous, you are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve.

• Implementing all the resources necessary to ensure the quality of the service.
• Leading, training and developing teams, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for the administrative follow-up and management of the site's purchases and supplies.
• Organizing and controlling the team’s work.
• Ensuring quality, safety and compliance with legal rules and internal procedures.

Profile:

• You don't need to have any specific qualifications, but you must have at least five years' successful experience in a similar role.
• Your excellent listening and communication skills make you a manager who is appreciated by your teams.
• Committed, organized and autonomous, you are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve.
• You must speak French. Any other language would be considered an asset.
• You have a good command of IT tools.
• You are multi-skilled and flexible.
