  • We were honoured to welcome two-star Michelin chef Cyril Molard, who shared his expertise with us.

    A culinary partnership with Cyril Molard 

    In May, several of our clients, including PwC and CHL, had the pleasure of savouring a signature dish created by Chef Cyril Molard, two-star Michelin chef at the Ma Langue Sourit restaurant, and our Sodexo team on site!

    On the menu: Stuffed chicken breast, pine nuts, mushrooms and spinach, chicken jus with tarragon, Anna potatoes and artichoke barigoule.


    It's a trademark Cyril Molard dish, brimming with fresh produce, an emphasis on colour and a star ingredient - the artichoke. Moreover, it took centre stage on his spring menu at the Chef's restaurant!

    This is not the first time our teams benefited from this partnership. In 2020, Sodexo Luxembourg worked with Cyril Molard to create a range of takeaways. 

    And it's not over yet! In June, our care homes will play host to the Chef and his signature dish.
